Welcome

MA Utility brings all your conversation channels, WhatsApp, live chat, Telegram, email, into a single inbox, and delegates first-line responses to an AI trained on your business. This guide takes you from connecting your first channel all the way to full automation.

Expect 5 to 15 minutes to get up and running. No technical skills required.

Connect your channels

From your dashboard, open Settings → Channels and choose the channel to connect:

  • WhatsApp Business: one-click connection via Meta's official Embedded Signup. No manual number provisioning required.
  • Live chat: copy the provided snippet and paste it before the </body> tag on your website. The widget appears immediately.
  • Telegram: enter your bot token and the connection is instant.
  • Email, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok: coming soon.

Every connected channel feeds into the same inbox, with the same customer history.

Configure your AI

Your AI is only as good as what you give it. In Pipelines, describe your business, import your documents (catalog, FAQ, terms of sale, pricing) and choose the tone, formal or informal, warm or factual.

These documents form your knowledge base: the AI uses them as its source of truth and only answers based on what it knows. Mark a document as "style" to let it draw on your writing voice as well.

Manage your inbox

All your conversations land in a single queue. You can:

  • set a conversation status to Open, Pending, Snoozed, or Resolved;
  • add labels and customer attributes to organize and filter;
  • write private internal notes, never sent to the customer;
  • assign the conversation to a team member;
  • take over from the AI at any time, with a single click.

Automations

Beyond replies, MA Utility automates your processes: rules triggered by keyword or inactivity, one-click macros, SLA guarantees, Google Calendar appointment booking, and payment links generated directly in the conversation.

You set the rules, the AI executes, and you stay informed of what matters.

Billing & credits

MA Utility runs on a credit system. Each plan (Starter, Business, Expert) includes a monthly quota; beyond that, you top up à la carte with volume-based discounts.
